Lower Risk Equals Lower Premiums
The car insurance provider will always categorize a policyholder on how much of a risk he is to the insurance company. As much as possible, no insurance company would like to cover a person who is considered high risk because this would translate to losses for the company. In order to lower your premiums, make every effort to be categorized as low risk.
